How to Download and Install Microsoft Teams

Follow these instructions to download and install Microsoft Teams, a video and chat-based workspace in Office365. Many departments utilize Teams for course instruction and collaboration.

You MUST be a currently-enrolled student or active employee to access Microsoft Teams.

Solution

Download and Install Microsoft Teams

  1. Visit the Teams download page.

  2. Click the Download Teams button appropriate for your device.

  3. Open the Teams installer.

  4. If prompted for credentials, enter the following credentials (you may not be prompted if you have already signed in other Office365 products on the device):

    1. Username: Your UVU ID in the form: UVID@uvu.edu.

    2. Password: Your myUVU Password.
